An Ontario Works caseworker can answer questions about applications and how to access Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support programs. Ontario Works can provide support in a number of different areas: Provide information on the Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Programs Support clients with the completion of applications for Ontario Works both online and over the phone Complete necessary forms and file updates as it relates to the Ontario Works program Provide outreach services to connect residents with various community agencies and resources Support clients with applications for housing and annual reviews packages By participating in this program, you acknowledge and accept the Guelph Public Library's Code of Conduct.
